Simply install that 20 in. mounting rail at your pets preferred feeding height on your railing/fence and snap on the rings and drop in the bowls, it's very simple and takes just a few minutes. This modular accessory system fits vertical railing/fencing that is 1/2 in. to 1-1/2 in. W/deep. Works on most variety of spindles such as wrought iron (1/2 in.), aluminum (3/4 in.), recycled wood (1 in.), PVC/Vinyl (1-1/4 in.) as well as wood (1-1/4 in. to 1/2 in.).
