The JFR-9S Hubbell Commerical Food Rethermalizer / Bain-Marie Heater (JFR) is designed to heat or hold foods at safe-serving temperatures when used with a Food Rethermalizer or Bain-Marie. The booster heater is a Model J compact 16-gallon storage capacity electric booster heater from Hubbell that features an ASME stamped stainless steel tank with CFC/HCFC free closed cell foam insulation. There is an electronic display controller on this booster heater with low water cut-off and leak detection features.
