The aptly-named bracket has a total of 5 shoes - 3 on the crossbar of the T shaped bracket alone. The center one is fixed while each of the end shoes has 1" of lateral movement and 360 degrees of rotation. The end shoes each have a 1/4"-20 threaded socket for independent mounting to standard accessories, as they are removable from the T bar. Directly under the center shoe is an umbrella receptacle for 7 or 8 mm shafts in case you want to mount the bracket on a light stand to use an umbrella to diffuse your light source.
