96 in. x 16 in. x 0.71 in project panel is solid acacia hardwood, no veneers. Conveniently pre-stained in a golden teak finish. It is versatile for many carpentry projects including open shelving in kitchens with a steel bracket, (not supplied), to match acacia countertops and island tops. The wood species provides interesting small tight knots that give these panels their country-style appeal. The panel is finished with an all-natural plant-based Hardwax oil stain with no peanut products used in the formula. The panel does, however, has to be sealed with 3 coats of a wood sealant prior to installation. Examples of natural wood sealants include food-safe mineral oil, linseed oil and hard wax wood oil.
