IsoTek EVO3 Polaris

The compact EVO3 Polaris is IsoTek's best-selling power conditioner, and it was the first product they demonstrated at a recent training session. First, we listened to Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy" played through a nice 2-channel system with the components plugged into a $10 power strip. Then the trainer switched the AC source to the Polaris, and the sonic improvements were dramatic: deeper, more defined bass, clearer vocals and finger snaps, and a more focused soundstage. IsoTek's technology excels at lowering a system's noise floor, thus allowing previously unheard musical details to come through. The trainer used an AC line noise detector to provide visual proof of Polaris's effectiveness. This detector has a display that goes from "0" to "999," and the dirty power coming out of the wall pegged it instantly — not surprising considering that outside the room our call center has well over one hundred noisy computers, phones, and related equipment.
