Katadyn's Micropur Forte MF 1.000F drinking water disinfectant provides fast and effective water disinfection of clear water. The easy-to-dose liquid is used everywhere where microbiologically unsafe tap or spring water is to be disinfected for drinking, brushing, cooking or washing. Due to its compact size, Micropur Forte fits in any piece of luggage and is therefore ideal for holidays or traveling. The disinfection of the water is done by silver ions combined with chlorine and provides up to 6 months protection against recontamination. After only 30 minutes contact time bacteria and viruses are eliminated and after 120 minutes amoebae and Giardia.
