The Keencut Advanced Rotary Cutter, also labeled as ARC, is a bi-directional rotary trimmer that features dual cutting wheels that provide two-way cutting flexibility and guaranteed sharpness. It is suited for cutting thin and ultra-thin materials and does this without buckling on the edge of the blade. This is made possible by the unique monorail bearing system design that is positioned underneath the surface of the cutter’s baseboard.
