Kerafol Thermally conductive film 0.225 mm 2.5 W/mK (L x W) 190 mm x 190 mm Kerafol 86/52

This film provides excellent insulation against heat, thanks to the special silicone elastomer filling. Its good electrical insulation characteristics are also retained. The film is reinforced with fibreglass. The low thermal resistance makes it an optimal means of conducting heat to the heatsink.
