With the balcony drain of boiler, the accumulating rainwater in the balcony is safely dissipated. The balcony drain is weather-resistant and is suitable for use in frost-prone areas. The attachment is rotatable, tiltable and height adjustable for flexible adaptation to the floor level and the tile grid. By removing the grate an optimal pipe cleaning is possible. For additional waterproofing of the floor with a moisture barrier, the balcony drain has an adhesive flange with counterflange for clamping plastic and elastomeric membranes up to 3 mm, or cold bitumen waterproofing.
