Kopul Humbuster - Dual-Channel Hum Eliminator with XLR and 1/4" Connectors

Designed for studio, DJ, and live sound applications, the Kopul HMX-2 Humbuster is a dual-channel hum eliminator with both XLR and 1/4" (6.35mm) TRS/TS input and output connectors. Using a fully passive design, without the need for external power, the device can eliminate unwanted 60 Hz hum and buzz caused by ground loops in your signal path. Housed in a road-worthy rugged metal enclosure, the device can be inserted between any two pieces of line-level equipment at +4 dBu or -10 dBv to quiet hum and buzz caused by excessively long unbalanced cable runs, or when a connection path forms between the grounds of two pieces of equipment in the signal chain. Ground loops are removed while preserving the integrity of the original signal. The device will automatically convert between balanced and unbalanced signals (and vice versa) when the 1/4" (6.35mm) TRS/TS and XLR connectors are used in any combination.
