The ARP Odyssey is an analog synthesizer produced in 1972 from the American manufacturer ARP Instrument he obtained quickly numerous faithful among the musicians. Appreciated for for its high value, ease of use and portability, the ARP Odyssey had undergone several improvements over the course of its history until the production stopped in 1981 due to economic difficulties and the upper hand of the digital. Now in 2015 KORG, with the assistance of David Friend, the co-founder of ARP Instruments, KORG has completely reproduced the original circuit for artists in try to recreate classic sounds and explore new ones. THE KORG and Arp technicians were able to define the sound and feel of the original. Every detail has been carefully considered to stay true to quality of the original, up to the refined semi-rigid houses.
