Lanco Aqua-Proof Prep is a 1-part, ready to use, elastomeric waterproofing and crack prevention membrane. Its multi-use nature makes it ideally suited for a wide variety of applications where a waterproofing solution is needed, such as: to repair cracks and leaks, seal joints and flashings, waterproof under tile and stone and as a waterproofing shower pan liner. This monolithic flexible membrane provides excellent performance when used as a base coat over existing surfaces and performs extremely well during continuous water immersion test. Can be used for interior or exterior, on horizontal or vertical surfaces for residential or commercial applications. Waterproofs concrete and protects from silage attack.
