The original designer-style slide fan and light control from Lutron. Features two easy to use slide controls that adjust the fan speed and light to your desired level and on/off. Replaces any decorator style switch and works with existing multi-gang wallplates. Single-pole fan control, 1.5 amp. Single pole light switch.
