An additional mounting bracket/adapter plate is not needed for mounting to Mail Boss branded mailboxes while it’s 4x4 bolt pattern will also connect to a variety of other mailboxes on the market. This sturdy curbside mailbox post should be installed approximately 12 in. into the ground with concrete and is engineered to support up to 250 lbs. evenly distributed.
