MiTek 3" x 35-1/8" Rim Joist Foundation Strap

The LSTAD8RJ Rim Joist Foundation Strap has coined dimples below the embedment line that allow for increased concrete bonding. These hold downs retain high uplift capacity even when installed at corners of foundation stem walls. It is ideal for use with built up 2x end posts. It is made of 14-gauge steel with a G90 galvanizing finish.
