Sealed construction eliminates periodic watering, corrosive acid fumes, and spills. The gelled electrolyte won't stratify, so no equalization charging is required. Less than 2% per month standby loss means low discharge during transport and storage. Tank-formed plates ensure voltage matching between cells for consistent reliable performance. These batteries are rated for 1,000 cycles at 50% depth of discharge. They can operate at temperatures from -76 to 140 F. The maximum continuous charge rate for these is 30% of the capacity at the 20-hour rate. MK Sealed gel batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty.
