The Thoreau Growers Greenhouse Package is designed for schools, correctional institutions and serious gardeners. The steel frame with pre-welded stanchions and Commercial graded 8 mm twin wall polycarbonate with light diffusing feature allows more light to be captured and used in the growing process. A lighting system will still be required for certain crops that require up to 18-hours of light a day. It is designed to accommodate large numbers of people to allow them to become a part of the growing process, secure environment that can be locked when not in use, built to last construction for many years of use, all within a thermostatically climate controlled environment. The Educational Greenhouses are customizable and can be made to meet any local ordinances required to gain permitting.
