Oatey E.M.C. is designed to seal around an electrical service mast or pipe in residential applications. Functioning similar to the normal electrical service mast flashings, the E.M.C. master flash is unique in that it has a tear out collar that makes the flashing accommodate a broad range of electrical service mast or pipe diameters. Its soft aluminum base easily conforms to profiled roofing systems at any pitch. Made of E.P.D.M Flexible, soft aluminum base (15" x 15") Tear out collar to accommodate electrical service mast or pipe sizes up to 5-3/8 In. Accommodates vibration and pipe movement caused by expansion/contraction Do not use petroleum based products or paint on flashing collar or plastic base; not for hot-mopped or built-up roofs
