The ThunderBay 4 8TB (4 x 2TB) Four-Bay Thunderbolt 2 External Drive from OWC / Other World Computing comes with four pre-installed 7200 rpm hard drives and a pair of Thunderbolt 2 ports, allowing you to daisy-chain up to six devices such as additional ThunderBays, 4K displays, and more. Capable of RAID 0 read/write speeds up to 752 MB/s, the Thunderbay 4's drives can be used independently, or you can configure it with a software RAID utility. SoftRAID Lite XT for Mac is included. Compatible with both Mac and Windows systems, the plug-and-play 4-bay external drive also features a lockable front panel, a 92mm cooling fan, and a detachable 1.6' Thunderbolt 2 cable.
