The Panamax M8C-EX power conditioner protects against spikes, but it also evens out the small power fluctuations that can damage your gear, as well as filtering out the RF and electromagnetic noise that can detract from your system's performance. Eight fully protected AC outlets (conveniently spaced to allow for bulky transformers) let you can connect all of your equipment. The coaxial input/output lets you shield your video gear from possible surges entering through your cable or antenna connection. There's also a protected telephone line input/output. The M8C-EX reacts in less than a nanosecond during a spike, breaking the connection to protect your equipment. The 8-foot power cord comes with a right-angle plug, so the cable can stay close to the wall. You also get mounting brackets, so your M8C-EX can be placed on the wall to avoid floor clutter.
