You can mount the VT-EXT12 on one of your component rack's vertical rails, making it a power distribution option that won't take up a valuable rack space. The power strip comes with plastic spacer clips that provide ground isolation when it's mounted. You can also safely use it with power line conditioners from Panamax or Furman . If you plug the 'EXT12 into a line conditioner, you can extend the line filtering and power protection that conditioner provides to any component plugged into the power strip.
