Pentax 7x50 Marine Binocular

Designed and purpose-built for use on the water in all weather conditions, the Pentax 7x50 Marine Binocular is outfitted with a magnification and objective lens combination that ensures a wide exit pupil and enhanced light-gathering ability, plus an illuminated compass and ranging reticle. These features work together to help mariners make it back to port time and again. Optically, the binocular makes use of phase-corrected BAK4 roof prisms that are coated with highly-reflective silver coatings to maximize internal light transmission and limit diffraction. The objectives are fully multi-coated to further improve light transmission. These features complement each other and produce bright and clear high-contrast images with accurate color fidelity. By combining a relatively low magnification with large objective lenses, the binocular draws in copious amounts of light required for use in challenging light such as at dawn and dusk, or in heavy fog and thick cloud cover.
