Proma PCB Bubble Etching Machine with Heater

An ideal tool for etching PCBs in laboratory or small scale production applications. This PCB etcher features a 1.7l acrylic etching tank with a suspended glass heating element and a diaphragm air pump, housed in the PVC side enclosure. The pump feeds a finely perforated air feeder tube, which introduces minute bubbles into the etching tank, aiding the etching process. The etcher's 100W heating element can be adjusted +38°C via a thermostat. The etching bath can be heated to approx. 46°C. The whole etching process is made exceptionally easy to monitor thanks to the completely clear acrylic tank. Boards up to 250 x 175 mm can be held in the etcher's adjustable PCB holder.
