The Proxxon IBS / A cordless industrial drill sander can be used for drilling, milling, grinding, cleaning, cutting and more. For this he is provided with the collet system in which many popular model making tools can be clamped. Thanks to the triple-slotted collets, the multifunctional tool achieves high concentricity for precise work. The drive does not require a cable in this model as it uses a high quality 10.8V Li-ion battery with a capacity of 2.6 Ah. Thus, a particularly flexible and independent work, even without stationary power supply, possible. The speed can be infinitely adjusted by means of a rotary knob for material-appropriate working, the long service life is made possible by the ball-bearing precision shaft and the die-cast aluminum gear housing.
