Universal Tile MountThe QMUTM has two levels of flashing—one on the roof deck, the other above the tiling—to ensure a waterproof shield in even the most extreme conditions. The top layer of flashing is 18" x 18" and malleable so it can be shaped to the exact contour of your roof tiles. Underneath is a 9" x 9" subflashing that directly covers the Qbase mount which is fastened to the roof with two lag bolts. These flashings work well with the popular IronRidge XR1000 and XR100 rails, plus most other rails manufacturers.Waterproof and SturdyEach unit includes all stainless steel hardware preventing rust and corrosion, ensuring that your array will stay put for a long time to come. Quick Mount also includes the patented QBlock elevated water seal to keep water out of the roof penetrations, ensuring the integrity of the roof isn't compromised.
