Radial Engineering

The Radial PZ-D is a unique Direct Box designed for acoustic and orchestral instruments. Unlike of most Direct Boxes that are limited to one design that fits everything, the PZ-DI from Radial Engineering allows you to match the input impedance correctly to the source to optimize the frequency response, the dynamic and feel so that, regardless of the type of pickup used, you will enjoy more enjoyable results e more musical. The design begins with a switch for the 3-position load regulation: 1 MOhm position offers the classical impedance found in most DI Box active. The 220 kOhm setting heats the tone of a magnetic pick-up to give you the feel and the sound as if you are ditches connected to a valve amplifier. The impedance ultra-high 10 mega Ohm is used to compensate for the hard and harsh tone that usually afflicts gifted instruments of piezo.
