RME expands the professional series of interfaces in format MADI with the ADI-642, an 8-channel format converter from MADI to AES vice versa. Among the many applications this drive represents the ideal AES / EBU frontend for the card audio Hammerfall DSP MADI PCI. Support up to 192 kHz / 24 bit. Its most salient feature is the matrix of 72x72 assignment, very intuitive to use, which allows to address a single entry to each individual output channel, so you can freely configure all the 64 MADI channels and the 8 AES channels.
