Micstasy is a hi-end mic / line preamplifier and a 8-channel AD converter that combines typical features RME with a series of new features. It can be used in analog mode (Mic / Line In - Line Out) and digital ( Mic / Line In - Digital Out), with both paths of signal running simultaneously. In addition the device is fully controllable remotely via MIDI (also MIDI over MADI). The innovative scheme of Micstasy it allows the amplification and the digitization of all the analog signal sources. Whether it's high signals level from the stage, typical studio signals, more level bass and high impedance instruments, dynamic, microphones a condenser or tape. The signals amplified by Micstasy are available at the analog outputs for the transmission making an expensive splitter-box on stage obsolete. All functions can be checked at distance via MIDI and MIDI over MADI, allowing the device to be placed near the microphones e ensuring maximum sound quality.
