The double sander BG 200 AL by Scheppach is suitable for sharpening and grinding in the workshop, the garage or in the hobby room. For this purpose, it is equipped with a 550 W induction motor, which drives the two grinding wheels at a constant speed of 2,850 rpm, even under load. The discs have a diameter of 200 mm and are provided with a bore of 15.8 mm. In this model, in addition to the grinding wheels with a grain size of K60, a special corundum grinding wheel is available, which enables the sharpening of HSS tools. The two adjustable workpiece supports enable precise guidance and prevent slipping. An adjustable work light integrated into the device, together with the transparent and adjustable spark-proof glass, provides an excellent view of the grinding area.
