The lathe DM460T is suitable for miniature and model making. It has a 550 W motor, which reliably sets the clamped workpiece in rotation. The solid die-cast aluminum frame provides high stability and gives the lathe a long service life. The bed height is 190 mm. The induction motor has 5 different speed levels, so that material-specific working with high precision and low vibration is possible. Workpieces with a length of up to 457 mm can be clamped between the drive unit and tailstock so that a wide range of applications is possible. The position of the tool rest is variably selectable, whereby an optimal and precise work can be guaranteed. The tool support length is 150 mm.
