The Sekisui Diagnostics Accula Sars-CoV-2 Test Kit - 25/kt provides an easy and convenient point-of-care testing of Covid-19 virus in a patient. This test is used with the Accula Dock (which is sold separately), utilizing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and lateral flow technologies for accurate detection of Sars-CoV-2 through nasal swabbing. This rapid test is authorized by FDA for emergency use only, and can only be used by healthcare professionals who are trained to administer rapid tests.
