Our Type 2 Stove Boards protect homes from the intense heat, hot coals, ashes, and soot that wood heating appliances produce. These UL Listed, non-combustible Type 2 stove boards can be used beneath wood appliances or mounted on the wall behind them. Manufactured with 1/2 in. Thick emboss-printed steel, these stove boards are backed with a specially formulated fiber board ensuring their UL listing.
