Simpson Strong-Tie

The tie-rod LTT from Simpson Strong Tie is used especially in timber frame construction for the transmission of tensile forces on wood, concrete or steel supports. Wooden structures, which have to absorb lifting forces, can be securely fastened to floor slabs or foundations with this tie rod. This allows the long back plate placement of the necessary number of comb nails in compliance with the required nail spacings on the wood stand, even if a horizontal threshold is below this. The tie rod LTT consists of galvanized sheet steel and has the technical approval ETA-07/0285.
