The Skil 1020 AA impact drill makes it easy to make holes in masonry, brick or stone. For this purpose, it is provided with a striking mechanism that not only rotates the drill but also sets it into a horizontal movement. Due to the accelerator switch with speed preselection, the speed can be variably adapted to the respective application, so that a material-appropriate working is possible. In the two-sleeve keyless chuck, drills with a shaft diameter of up to 13 mm have a firm hold, but bits and other attachments can also be used. For use in drill stands or in the permanent application, there is a lock that allows the drill to be switched on. The auxiliary handle facilitates the guidance clearly and leads to a better safety when working. For easier work, an adjustable drilling depth stop is additionally available.
