The solar MPPT adjustments and voltage regulation are done at the optimizers, which means the main job of the inverter is to convert the DC power to AC power. The fixed string voltage ensures operation at the highest efficiency at all times (>97% weighted efficiency) independent of string length and temperature. A data monitoring receiver has also been designed into the inverter. It collects data from all the Power Optimizers in your solar array.
