Solidsteel

The Solidsteel S4-2 audio stand was made for audiophile components. High-performance electronics can be extremely sensitive to vibrations, and the S4-2's material and construction provide a virtually vibration-free environment. The two open shelves provide plenty of space for oversized audio components, such as a power amplifier, preamp, or power regenerator. Each shelf is made of vibration-dampening MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). The supporting aluminum pillars are packed with dampening material for further stability. Both the pillars and the shelves are coated with a black polymer laminate to further reduce vibration. The S4-2 rests on six pillars, each ending in a solid steel carpet spike that virtually isolates the stand from floor vibrations.
