With all Battery Powereds and batteries housed above the counter, maintenance of the S-8717-CA-E is simple and can be performed in minimal time. The faucet is equipped with a solenoid with a built-in filter and a 60-second time out feature to prevent floods. The S-8717-CA-E uses two (2) 3-volt lithium batteries and features a low battery warning light which indicates when 10% life remains. The Speakman Sensorflo faucet line is certified to meet ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1.
