The GoldMike MK2 is a stereo preamp with one hybrid solid / valve stage configuration to combine the best of both worlds: efficiency and low noise of a transistor stage is enriched by coloring typically tube music. The Class A solid stage it uses only discrete components and the preamplification is guaranteed by transistors selected and optimized for theirs specific use. You will not find integrated circuits in this preamp stage because they cannot be optimized for this specific application up to grade in which we would like. The GoldMike Mk2 stages the selection of three different tube preamps: + 6dB remains the standard, integrated from + 12dB and +18 dB.
