The MixDream project aims to offer the integration of analogue equipment in digital production and stereo mixing at analog level. This concept offers high quality analog summing without level and pan controls, allowing the engineer to keep its automation entirely performed by computer. A MixDream can add up to 16 audio tracks in a stereo signal and, in the case of more than 16 tracks, it is possible link different MixDreams. Discrete technology in Class A of the MixDream is based on an operating voltage of 60 volts (+/- 30V). These newly developed circuits based on the more modern analog components, guarantees a value of very high slew rate, low noise level at -97dBu (A weighted, with all active channels) and a dynamic level greater than 125dB. In this way the MixDream realizes easily the technical level of the best consoles analog ensuring that nothing for the engineer can be comparable to having the best both from the analog world and from the digital one.
