Raydon's Favorite Aster provides an abundance of charming, colorful blooms in the late summer garden. The flowers, are large for aster, and measure 1-1/4 in. to 1-1/2 in. across. Each plant produce flowers with lavender-blue and yellow centers that will serve as butterfly magnets. As an added bonus it's Lance-shaped foliage is aromatic, and is colored medium green to gray-green. Asters grow best in the full sun and moist, well-drained soil.
