Square D Float Switch 9037EG9

The Square D 9037EG9 Float Switch is a level switch used to control the liquid level within a closed tank. The float assembly is flange mounted and can be installed in either a horizontal (side mount) position or vertical (top mount) position. This assembly includes the electrical switch as well as the float and float rod. The electrical contacts include 2 snap action switches that are rated for power circuits. The switch contacts are field reversible and can be set to close on either liquid ride or liquid fall. Within boiler feed systems, the 9037EG9 is typically used for one of two applications: makeup water control for a boiler feed tank, or pump control for a condensate tank. When used on a boiler feed tank, the 9037EG9 is commonly paired with an electronic two position makeup valve for ON/OFF operation to fill the tank.
