The cordless hedge trimmer SHT 80 AE by Stiga is equipped with an ergonomic handle, which can be rotated 180 °. Furthermore, the handle can be adjusted to five positions, so that comfortable and careful working in both the horizontal and the vertical cutting direction is possible. The SHT 80 AE is powered by a powerful brushless motor that delivers 560 watts of power. The drive is powered by a 80V Stiga battery (sold separately). When using a 2.5 Ah battery, a working time of 60 minutes (± 20%) is achieved. The battery can be easily removed and inserted in the practical and compact housing. The laser-cut double blade of the device is 66 cm long and works very fast and precisely with a cutting speed of 3,400 shaving strokes per minute. The cutting length reached by the device is 57 cm.
