STIHL RAPID™ Micro™ Harvester Special is a significantly reinforced version of the RMH Harvester chain. RMHS is only available in 2.0 mm (.080") gauge. Like RMH chain, RMHS is designed for use on hydraulic harvester heads only. RMHS chain is a standard-profile, semi-chisel chain made to withstand the tough requirements of professional mechanized timber harvesting – with up to 70% longer service life than conventional harvester chains. The drive links, tie straps, cutters and rivets have all been reinforced considerably. This chain is designed to last longer than competing chains to minimize expensive harvester downtime. It is an extremely durable harvester chain. Before using STIHL Harvester Saw Chain for the first time on your harvester machine, read this. Applications: RMHS saw chain is designed for use on hydraulic heads only. STIHL recommends using low-kickback, green-labeled chain and green-labeled reduced-kickback bars on all powerheads.
