Actual shutter size is 27-in width x 24-in length. Includes four(4) panels (two left/two right); each panel is single hung. Inside mount - required window opening width: 27-in to 29-in; required window opening length: 21-3/4-in to 24-in. Outside mount - required window opening width: 22-1/2-in - 24-1/2-in; required window opening length: 21-3/4-in to 24-in. Set includes 16 bars of 1/8-in width filler strips, overall width can be adjusted up to 2-in (Width can be 2-in added for the inside mount use only). Colonial shutters may be trimmed up to 3/4-in on the top and 1-1/2-in on the bottom. Due to natural variations in wood; color grain, and texture may vary. Easy installation, all hardware (color is gold) plus step by step instructions included. Modifications, changes or cancellations of special orders will not be accepted after two(2) days from the original order date.
