The Substral Osmocote Rhododendrons & Hydrangea Fertilizer is a resin-coated depot fertilizer for peat plants with a duration of 6 months. The nutrients are released as needed, depending on temperature and water supply and after the consumption of nutrients, the empty resin shells are decomposed. With the Substral Osmocote Rhododendron & Hoertensien fertilizer over- or under-fertilization is almost impossible.
