The SCF632DTPDC is a 29" wide dipping cabinet with a polycarbonate sneezeguard and flat freezer lid. The sliding lid is made from tempered safety glass, with a lock included for added security. A sneezeguard light helps to keep all products in full view, while the commercial casters offer smooth mobility for easy cleaning. Inside, the SCF632DTPDC has a deep aluminum interior designed to operate between 0 and 5 F to best hold sorbet, ice cream, and other frozen treats. A digital thermostat makes it easy for staff to manage and view the temperature. This unit is manual defrost and includes a drain. The SCF632DTPDC is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards. This unit replaces SCF630PDC.
