The S 80 solar module is used in smaller solar systems, solar pump systems and also in off-grid home and telecommunication systems. Due to the high current, this solar generator is particularly well suited for solar systems for battery charging. The solar module AS 80 consists of monocrystalline solar cells and is characterized by particularly high current - even in cloudy skies. The peak power is 80 watts. A proven module construction protects the solar cells against moisture, provides UV stability and allows thermal expansion. The front cover is made of specially hardened solar glass of the highest quality. The glass joined to the laminate is enclosed in a torsion-resistant modular frame made of anodised aluminum profiles. This gives the AS 80 safe protection against mechanical and climatic influences.
