The building service centre efficiently and economically combines the complete building equipment for energy efficient single-family houses. It unifies the functions heating, cooling, ventilation, heat recovery and hot water. Controlled room ventilation with integrated heat recovery provides a balanced and agreeable indoor climate. The room ventilation is completed by a steplessly controlled air/air/water-heat pump which acts as a pure air heating in winter and provides the cooling of the house - by reversible operations - in summer. The heat pump adjusts its performance according to the requirements for a highly efficient operation. Moreover, the combi unit is equipped with a 150 litres drinking water reservoir and ensures by a parallel mode in the heating as well as in the cooling mode a high water comfort.
