Tarco LeakBarrier BG700 Self-Adhered 36" X 66' 7" Foundation Membrane (200 sq ft)

LeakBarrier® BG700 is a self-adhering sheet membrane consisting of a rubberized asphalt with a cross-laminated polyethylene film. The combination of the self-adhering layer and polyethylene film provides a durable, high-performance, waterproof membrane. LeakBarrier® BG700 is suitable for installation to a variety of substrates and conditions. The product, ambient, and substrate temperatures should be a minimum of 40 degrees Fahrenheit and rising at the time of installation. LeakBarrier® BG700, though primarily intended for residential applications, can be suitable for selected light commercial or even some industrial applications.
