The BD-MP4K Professional-Grade 4K UHD Blu-ray Player from Tascam is a 1 RU rackmount 4K Blu-ray player with DVD/CD, SD card, and USB flash memory playback. It can be controlled remotely using an included IR remote or over RS-232C or LAN. It features an HDMI video output with embedded audio for connection to displays or switchers, and an audio-only HDMI output. Only one of these can be used at a time, with the audio output prioritized. Multiple other audio outputs include RCA coax, RCA L/R, XLR, and 7.1-channel output over eight RCA ports. The unbalanced RCA ports allow for multimedia playback in public/educational/commercial facilities, theaters, and other popular venues. The player supports a variety of disc, video, audio, and image formats. Key functions include power on play with panel lock and hide menu. The 1 RU design comes in a durable metal housing with front-panel control buttons and a front display.
